"Dr.Kaur and her staff ,truly care for their patients and their well being. She listens carefully and really concentrates on the situation.She is very knowledgeable. Dr.Kaur makes a plan to help you, which may have multiple steps, to see which works best for you. She does not hesitate to ask your opinion, including her patients in the process. "I recently had an appointment at prime walk in clinic with Dr kaur, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and well-organized, which put me at ease right away. They took me in within 5 minutes. No wait times. Dr kaur was thorough with examination and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. They explained my condition and treatment options clearly, making sure I understood everything before proceeding. Her professionalism and genuine concern for my well-being were evident throughout the visit.They do primary care and urgent care. You can walk in the same day. They do vaccines, IV hydration and blood draw in office. You don't have to go to lab. Dr kaur can also see pediatric patients. I highly recommend Dr kaur to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable healthcare provider. Thank you for providing such excellent care Dr Kaur!"

"This clinic is so great! They are very accommodating and they make sure that all issues and concerns are taken care of. They also do their own lab work in office, so I don't have to go out to another place for my blood draw. It makes it very convenient to have an office that can do so much in one place. "I scheduled my kids' covid boosters here - they like the quiet, calm waiting room better than busy pharmacies. We were seen on time, and the nurse that administered the vaccines was great! She asked my daughter questions and talked with her to ease her anxiety. I'd come back again."
"I've been to this location twice for vaccinations. The parking lot is pretty big, even though there are a lot of medical offices in that building. Once inside, the staff is always very polite. I got a shot today and it didn't even hurt. My daughter also didn't react when the needle went in. I was bracing myself when she got her shot but found I didn't need to. Would definitely recommend."

"Brought my 18-month-old here for the first dose of her COVID vaccine and we had such a good experience that we came back for her 2nd dose even though it's 20 minutes away. The staff here are great. The provider is magical-- she was friendly and thoughtful, and she made my daughter feel so at ease that she didn't cry at all when she got her shot (she has flipped out every other time she's gotten shots). Will definitely visit again if we have urgent care needs!"
"Had my annual physical last month by Dr. Kaur and she was very knowledgeable and professional. I did not have to wait to see her they took me immediately to my room and Dr. Kaur did my vital signs herself which I was impressed by. I like how they valued my time and did not have me waiting around like other offices do. She listened and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely be keeping her as my primary and I am glad to have found this office."
"We brought our four kids here to get the Covid vaccine for under 5. It was super easy to make an appointment. After check in it wasn't long before we were seen. The nurse was amazing, she was patient and kind administering the injections to the kids. And we were out of there in not time."

"We are so grateful for this clinic—we made an appointment at the Rosemead location. Prime is one of the few clinics (in California, it seems) that could provide the most recent Covid boosters for our toddlers, our youngest being 2 years old. We called all over the Bay Area and Southern California, and the patience answering my questions and knowledge the staff had re: the CDC guidelines was so reassuring. They have convenient weekend hours and the staff and nurses were kind, knowledgeable and great with children. Over the phone and in person, very communicative! Thank you Prime!! We are fans of your clinics for life!"
"Excellent walk-in clinic that goes against all expectations of a walk-in clinic.Called at 1pm and scheduled a visit as a firsttime patient. Was able to get in at 2.30pm the same day. Staff all very friendly and doctor very knowledgeable and kind. Was in and out in about 30 mins. As a new mother, I went in for pain due to breastfeeding. The doctor was able to confirm diagnosis and prescribe me what I needed. They take most insurance and as a bonus have their own on-site lab which imo is a great plus."

"Woah! Took my nine year old for a vaccine and it was a magical experience. She didn’t feel a thing and was shocked. She even exclaimed, I give this place five stars!” It’s not close to where we live but I will come here for her next vaccine appointment for sure."
