"I recently had an appointment at prime walk in clinic with Dr kaur, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and well-organized, which put me at ease right away. They took me in within 5 minutes. No wait times. Dr kaur was thorough with examination and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. They explained my condition and treatment options clearly, making sure I understood everything before proceeding. Her professionalism and genuine concern for my well-being were evident throughout the visit.They do primary care and urgent care. You can walk in the same day. They do vaccines, IV hydration and blood draw in office. You don't have to go to lab. Dr kaur can also see pediatric patients. I highly recommend Dr kaur to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable healthcare provider. Thank you for providing such excellent care Dr Kaur!"
"I scheduled my kids' covid boosters here - they like the quiet, calm waiting room better than busy pharmacies. We were seen on time, and the nurse that administered the vaccines was great! She asked my daughter questions and talked with her to ease her anxiety. I'd come back again."
"I've been to this location twice for vaccinations. The parking lot is pretty big, even though there are a lot of medical offices in that building. Once inside, the staff is always very polite. I got a shot today and it didn't even hurt. My daughter also didn't react when the needle went in. I was bracing myself when she got her shot but found I didn't need to. Would definitely recommend."

"Brought my 18-month-old here for the first dose of her COVID vaccine and we had such a good experience that we came back for her 2nd dose even though it's 20 minutes away. The staff here are great. The provider is magical-- she was friendly and thoughtful, and she made my daughter feel so at ease that she didn't cry at all when she got her shot (she has flipped out every other time she's gotten shots). Will definitely visit again if we have urgent care needs!"
"We brought our four kids here to get the Covid vaccine for under 5. It was super easy to make an appointment. After check in it wasn't long before we were seen. The nurse was amazing, she was patient and kind administering the injections to the kids. And we were out of there in not time."

"My son needed his Covid vaccine booster but his pediatrician didn't have openings for a month and he refused to go to CVS after a bad experience. I made a last minute appointment online and the staff was very patient since my son needed a few tries before he had the courage to get the shot. I'm grateful to the caring staff at this clinic for being so considerate of my son's needs."

"My son's primary care doctor did not have the vaccine readily available and with all the insurance non sense we finally found your office through MyTurn. So glad we did!!! Staff was great and even took my son in early even though they we leaving for lunch when he arrived early for his appointment. Now my son can stop stressing about this vaccine holding up his college admittance. Thank you so much everyone at your office!! FYI- your office was an hour one way from our home...nearest office offering this common vaccine, thank you so much again!!"

"The only place around with the kids Covid vaccine, really thankful they did so my two year old was able to get it with us before we travel. The girl who did her shot was so quick, she didn’t even cry. Seriously better than our pediatricians office, I’d come here for all her shots if I could. "I've gone to Prime family and walk-in clinic a few times over the last couple of years for Covid shots, but last week I needed urgent care, and was delighted to be treated by Dr Kaur on short notice. As usual the premises was spotless and the staff welcoming. The doctor was knowledgeable and thorough in her evaluation. She was also exceptionally compassionate. Her MA, Irais was outstanding, too. Highly recommend this practice."

"We are so grateful for this clinic—we made an appointment at the Rosemead location. Prime is one of the few clinics (in California, it seems) that could provide the most recent Covid boosters for our toddlers, our youngest being 2 years old. We called all over the Bay Area and Southern California, and the patience answering my questions and knowledge the staff had re: the CDC guidelines was so reassuring. They have convenient weekend hours and the staff and nurses were kind, knowledgeable and great with children. Over the phone and in person, very communicative! Thank you Prime!! We are fans of your clinics for life!"
